Wellstart is a medical supply provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

Access to the patient portal is limited to authorized users. You agree not to:

4. Additional Patient Portal Terms

By using the patient portal, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your account, including notifications, account updates, and document availability. Electronic communications may satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for reviewing information displayed in the portal and notifying us of any inaccuracies. While we strive to ensure accuracy, portal information may be subject to change or correction.
Security and Transmission
